"Creating display suites on the balance of the ground floor and Level 1 at 73 Miller Street North Sydney, was the next step in creating a range of flexible spaces for the tenants within the building. The spaces are an extension of the Third Space concept, where textural, natural finishes give open collaboration areas, workspaces and private meeting rooms a warm and welcoming touch."

ESR engaged Boutique Concepts to complete a two display suites as an extension of The Third Space they created at 73 Miller Street. The concept was to create meaningful, bespoke yet functional suites for existing or new tenants of the building.
Working to a budget and also to the brief that the display suites should compliment the The Third Space offering, the design was about proviging tenants with open collaboration and the delivery of the suites focused on collaborating with local furniture designers, hand crafted finishes and bespoke elements that make the finished products truly standout within the existing fitout market.
